Documents available for search in our office are:

  • IN HOUSE: Real estate records from 1856 to the present are available on public access computers located in our office during office hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Searching is free. $.50 per page for copies or emailed to yourself for free.
  • LAREDO ANYWHERE: Real estate records from 1856 to the present are available anytime with a monthly subscriber fee. Contact our office to sign up. 785-251-4020
    Fees:
    • $50 per month = 250 min
    • $75 per month = 1,000 min
    • $100 per month = 3,000 min
    • $150 per month = Unlimited
  • TAPESTRY: Real estate records from 1856 to the present are available online at www.LandRecords.com. ($8.75 per search.)
  • Shawnee County Parcel Maps are available online.
  • Old public school records (county only) from 1880 to 1965.
