Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of the USD 340 Jefferson West School District that a bond election has been called and will be held on March 3, 2026. Early Voting for Shawnee County voters who reside in the USD 340 Jefferson West School District is open at the Shawnee County Election Office during the following hours:
• 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday: February 11th  – 27th.
• 8:30 am – NOON on Monday, March 2nd.
The Election Office is located at the corner of SW Van Buren and SW Croix Streets. The entrance to the parking lot is from SW Croix Street.

Notice of County Canvass Date - Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3104 and 25-3105, notice is hereby given that the official canvass of the Shawnee County portion of the March 3rd USD 340 Bond Election returns will begin at 9:00 a.m., Monday, March 9th at the Shawnee County Election Office, 3420 SW Van Buren St, Topeka, Kansas.
